RC became the development and construction arm for a high net worth investor group to provide site selection, land entitlements, civil engineering improvements, and construction of Food Lion, Kash N’ Karry, Sweet Bay, Winn Dixie grocery store anchored shopping centers through out the southeast US. RC has since been providing construction services for industrial, office, hospitality, restaurants, apartments buildings, high end custom homes, and family entertainment centers in both ground up construction and interior build outs amounting to over 5,000,000 sf of project space.
